My approach to this work is rooted in my background in education.
As a teacher and math coach, I spent years managing complexity — building systems, organizing moving pieces, and creating structure that allowed everything to run smoothly. That same mindset now shapes how I manage homes: thoughtful planning, proactive coordination, and a high level of attention to detail.
